Associate Data Operations Analyst

You will be working as an Associate Data Operations Analyst at Confluence, a global technology solutions provider in the investment management industry. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining data to ensure accuracy and integrity while also looking for ways to enhance efficiency. Your tasks will include collaborating with Analysts, Specialists, and Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement data entry, storage, and retrieval processes. Your key contributions will involve updating and processing mapping tables, monitoring data traffic, analyzing data, creating reports, participating in projects, and preparing process documentation. You will also be responsible for identifying inconsistencies, performing filing validations, executing calculations, and managing timelines. Additionally, you will need to possess proficient problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing your workload independently. To excel in this role, you should have a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institute and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the Financial, Investment Services, or SaaS industry is preferred, with exposure to regulatory reporting of US/EU regulations and Fund Administration being advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is essential, with basic knowledge of SQL, VBA Macros, and Python considered an additional asset.
