Associate Cybersecurity Analyst

The Associate Cybersecurity Analyst - Engineering & Operations at our company is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving network security incidents on both on-premises and cloud-based systems. You will manage technical support requests, prioritize escalations, and ensure application uptime for users. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues related to security devices such as firewalls, proxies, and host-based controls, as well as following established service level agreements to provide timely responses. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, analyze, and resolve network/cloud security incidents - Troubleshoot issues related to security configurations on various platforms - Follow work instruction playbooks and runbook automations - Support and promote Visas Cybersecurity operation standards - Track, update, and resolve assigned incidents in the incident management system - Maintain high-quality documentation and follow documented support procedures - Measure and review work instructions for accuracy and improvement - Proactively monitor, recognize, analyze, and resolve hardware and software problems - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding incident resolution This position involves shift work with 9-hour shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, covering work 365 days a year. It is a hybrid role, with specific days in the office to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
