Associate Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Lyfskills, you will play a crucial role in expanding enrollments by performing day-to-day sales and parent engagement tasks. Your primary focus will be on promoting Lyfskills" product and service to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all incoming communications efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements - Convert trials to sales through outbound closure calls - Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively pitching the product and service - Manage and promptly respond to all prospective parent inquiries - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the initial enrollment process - Proactively reach out to existing parents to secure program renewals - Serve as the primary post-sale contact for enrolled students to nurture long-term relationships Qualifications Required: - 1+ year of experience in Customer service (Phone, Chat & Tickets) - Evidence of experience in a customer service environment, either face-to-face or Call Centre based - Ability to evaluate and define customer needs - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and negotiate Additional Company Information (if available): Lyfskills is building India's leading platform for children's extracurricular activities.
