What you’ll be up to: Key Responsibilities Owning the social media calendar, planning the content strategy and executing shoots on field and managing channels (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube). Engaging with our community (kids, parents, coaches) and creating thumb stopping content (posts, reels, stories, videos), that are quirky, creative and relatable. Spotting collab opportunities with creators, parents, and partners. Keeping an eagle eye on trends and boosting Lyfskills outreach and engagement. Tracking, tweaking, and experimenting to make sure we’re always levelling up. You’re a great fit if you: Have 2–4 years of experience managing social media (bonus if it’s with kids’ brands, lifestyle, or edu-tech). Have an eye for design + love experimenting with reels and short-form video. Are able to travel to our venues to capture content and have the necessary gadgets. Are curious, playful, and not afraid to try (and fail, and try again). Know your way around analytics and use data to make smart decisions. Role Overview We are looking for a Supply Lead to head our partner-facing vertical and ground operations. This role will be the backbone of Lyfskills’ supply engine—responsible for onboarding, nurturing, and scaling our network of coaches, academies, and societies, while ensuring operational excellence on the ground. This is a foundational leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Partner Leadership Lead end-to-end acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management of coaches, teachers, and academies. Build and implement scalable playbooks for partner success. Drive adoption of Lyfskills’ partner app and processes. 2. Ground Operations Oversee operations day-to-day ground execution across societies and venues. Build and train on-ground teams (program managers, coordinators) to ensure smooth delivery of sessions. Solve real-time operational challenges with parents, partners, and society admins. 3. Strategy & Growth Shape supply-side strategy: pricing, revenue share, and retention. Work closely with demand and product teams to ensure balance between parent needs and partner delivery. Drive data-led insights to improve partner efficiency and child experience. 4. Ecosystem Relationships Act as the single point of contact for society management committees. Build trust and long-term collaborations with communities and institutions. Represent Lyfskills as a partner-first brand.
