Associate - Cross Border

You will be responsible for engaging with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the marketing team through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Your role involves qualifying and nurturing leads to create opportunities and guide them through the sales funnel. Understanding customer needs, pain points, and effectively positioning the company's products/services will be crucial. It will be essential to maintain and cultivate a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools and schedule product demos while coordinating with the pre-sales or technical team when necessary. Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for lead conversions and opportunity creation are key objectives. Additionally, providing feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, as well as maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups, are part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities, and self-motivation with a results-driven mindset are essential qualities. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, relevant experience and skills will also be considered.,
