Associate Creative Director- Art

As an Associate Creative Director - Design at Anvis Digital Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai- Lower Parel, you will play a crucial role in leading design supervisors to elevate creative output for a cluster of brands. Your visionary and hands-on approach will be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of digital campaigns, websites, branding, and more to ensure they are not only visually appealing but also effective in resonating with target audiences. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will collaborate across departments to bring brand visions to life in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include closely working with design supervisors to enhance creative output, collaborating with the Creative Director on developing campaign presentations for new pitches, leading and mentoring a team of designers, animators, and visual artists to maintain quality and consistency in creative output, translating client briefs into visually compelling designs, ensuring brand consistency across all assets, leading brainstorming sessions, staying updated on industry trends, and presenting creative work to clients with clarity and confidence. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in a digital/creative agency with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across branding, digital, social media, and campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and Figma is required, and knowledge of motion tools like After Effects is a plus. Additionally, you must possess proficient knowledge in AI tools, a strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and problem-solving abilities.
