Associate

Company: Big 4

Locations: Bengaluru | Chennai | Kolkata | Hyderabad | Kochi | Noida | Pune | Trivandrum

Contract Duration: 4 to 6 months

Educational Requirements:

Graduate with - CPA 2 paper cleared (or)

Graduate with - CA Inter with Articleship (or)

Graduate with - Part Qualified ACCA (9/13)

Key Responsibilities:

Clearly and accurately document the execution of procedures as defined by engagement objectives, onshore teams work step allocation, and planned approach
Demonstrate a basic understanding of relevant industries/sectors and awareness of technical issues or accounting risks
Stay updated on current business and economic developments relevant to client engagements
Identify potential issues or unusual relationships from financial statement analysis and escalate to company Senior/Manager
Collaborate with company and local team members to set goals, responsibilities, and deliverables
Ensure work is delivered in line with company's methodology, project plan, and quality standards
Maintain professionalism, demonstrate competence, and communicate clearly with GDS and local assurance teams

Additional Skills Requirements:

Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
