Job Description

The Associate Content Development Specialist collaborates with E2open product subject matter experts to create and revise training materials, encompassing recorded webinars, videos, screencasts, and eLearning courses. Your primary responsibilities will involve producing and updating courses, lessons, and assessments within e2open University's Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, you will support in handling minimal administrative duties related to the LMS or equivalent platform. As an integral part of the team, you will familiarize yourself with eLearning development tools like Storyline, Camtasia, and other relevant software. Your role will entail maintaining courses in alignment with any modifications in product functionality and efficiently managing multiple projects concurrently. You will be responsible for uploading courses and lessons to the e2open University LMS, crafting assessments within the system, and recognizing opportunities where visual aids can enhance the comprehension of concepts, communicating these needs to the graphic designer. Furthermore, your tasks will involve creating storyboards for courses that incorporate voiceover scripts. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communication, English, or possess equivalent experience in training content design, development, or technical writing. Proficiency in the English language is essential, along with up to three years of experience in developing training content for adult learners or technical writing, including documenting software applications.,
