Below is the job description for the Market Research Position:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct secondary research using web sources, proprietary databases, industry publications, and reports to collect and validate market data.
• Support primary research by reaching out to industry participants and conducting phone interviews.
• Assist in market sizing and forecasting using established methodologies and data triangulation techniques.
• Track and analyze key industry trends, drivers, and challenges across multiple sectors and geographies.
• Contribute to building and maintaining data models, estimation sheets, and forecast frameworks.
• Draft report sections, presentations, and summaries with clarity and accuracy.
• Support competitor and company analysis including revenue mapping, benchmarking, and positioning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agents abroad to ensure smooth research execution.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring quality and timely completion under guidance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field (internship/academic exposure acceptable).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with willingness to conduct interviews.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, data-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn market research best practices and adapt to multiple industries and regions.
