Associate Consultant, Strategy & Technology

You will be working as an Associate Consultant in collaboration with Strategy, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams to create digital solutions for clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development of digital solutions for clients and verticals - Becoming an expert in design and technology within different industries - Supporting the team in understanding client's business challenges and objectives - Collaborating with Design and Technology teams to deliver user-friendly experiences - Conducting research to gather information on client's business processes, marketplace, and competition - Participating in design thinking workshops, technology architecture workshops, and project planning activities - Creating presentations, documentation, and collateral for client proposals Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in consulting, user experience, or software development - Passion for great user experiences and technology - Strong writing and communication skills in English - Curiosity to stay updated with the latest technology trends - Strong problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Comfortable with presenting and public speaking The company offers perks and benefits such as socials, outings, and retreats, one day per week work from home flexibility, subsidized lunch, and a culture of learning and development.,
