We have an opportunity for Associate Consultant / Technical Recruiter Role in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Mode: Work from office (All 5 days)

Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Utilize sourcing portals such as 

  Naukri

  , LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle in a 

  fast-paced environment

  , meeting tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

   1-3 years in IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like 

  Naukri

   and LinkedIn is essential.
• Hands-on experience in 

  C2H recruitment

   is a plus.
• Excellent 

  communication skills

   (both verbal and written).
• Ability to thrive in a 

  team-oriented environment

   and adapt to dynamic hiring needs.
• Strong 

  organizational skills

   and attention to detail.
