Job Summary

Associate Consultant L3 Oracle Exadata

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support
Oracle Exadata Database Machine
(X7/X8/X9 or higher) environments.
Perform
installation, configuration, and maintenance
of Oracle Database and Grid Infrastructure on Exadata.
Plan and execute
patching, upgrades, and quarterly maintenance
(firmware, OS, database, storage cells).
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning strategies (SQL tuning, I/O tuning, resource manager, etc.).
Manage
backup and recovery operations
using RMAN and ensure data integrity and availability.
Support and troubleshoot
RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and GoldenGate
environments.
Collaborate with Oracle Support for SR resolution and proactive maintenance.
Participate in capacity planning, system optimization, and automation of regular tasks.
Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
Document configurations, procedures, and change logs.
