Job Description

Responsibilities - To conduct and advise tests and procedures for infertility patients in discussion with lead consultant.
To cooperate and coordinate with rest of the team for cycle patients.
To conduct independent OPD and advise tests, procedures and treatment.
To take lead in managing, monitoring and supervising IUI cycles.
To assess and ensure compliance to current ART law requirements.
To discuss and communicate with patients, relatives and team members regarding cycle progress and significant events.
To work towards growth and development of infertility work at hospital – by working with digital and field marketing team.
To ensure in house and out house referrals are made comfortable and aware of cycle packages, procedures etc.
To do appropriate counselling and documentation for infertility patients/couples.
To ensure safe handover of patients to team members / suitable representatives before leaving for the day.
You will be required to cooperate with OBG team for OPD, OT and LDR work/research/audit and cover one ward night duty per month.
To assist and conduct surgeries in OT.
To take over admin charges when IVF admin lead is on leave
To be punctual and cordial to anyone and everyone.
