Associate Consultant - India

The role you are applying for is in the Professional Services department, based in our Indore office in India. You will be working 5 days a week during evening shifts to support our North American team. Your main responsibility will be to assist our clients in understanding how Vena can enhance their financial processes. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Vena product from start to finish, ensuring our customers achieve success. We take pride in having a team of top-notch consultants who excel in their field. Your impact in this role will involve configuring the Vena product for customers by setting up data models, financial templates, reports, integrating data, and establishing automated workflows. You will be measured on customer satisfaction and time-to-value metrics. It will be essential for you to engage in workshops with customers to gather requirements, communicate effectively to help customers adopt the product, and collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver projects within deadlines and budgets. You should be proactive in learning about our product, be inquisitive, and demonstrate a hands-on approach. To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting, along with 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Accounting. You should have a keen interest in learning new technologies, enhancing business processes, and be resourceful in finding solutions. Strong communication skills in English, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Experience in data integration, data modeling, database management, and an interest in AI-driven solutions will be advantageous.
