Role Overview: As an Associate Consultant in Commercial & Sales Analytics specializing in US Pharma Data, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data from IQVIA and Symphony databases to generate valuable insights for clients. Your role also involves leading a small team of 23 associates, overseeing client projects, and ensuring effective communication of insights. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze US pharma sales data from IQVIA and Symphony databases. - Perform commercial and sales analytics to provide insights for clients. - Manage a small team of 23 associates working on client projects. - Handle team management and client interactions to ensure effective communication of insights. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in US pharma data analytics. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Databricks. - Strong skills in Advanced Excel, data analytics, and reporting. - Prior experience in handling US pharma data from IQVIA/Symphony databases. - Ability to manage small teams and effectively communicate with clients. - Expertise in Alteryx or Tableau is preferred, but proficiency in both is supported. Please note that the work location for this role is Gurgaon, and the shift timings are in IST hours with occasional late evening calls.
