As a Technical Lead with 4 to 5 years of experience in Vulnerability Management, your role involves overseeing the implementation and management of security measures to safeguard your organizations data and systems in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the implementation and management of Vulnerability Management solutions to protect your data and systems. - Oversee the identification, assessment, and remediation of vulnerabilities within your IT infrastructure. - Provide guidance and support to your IT team in developing and executing security policies and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of your operations. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify risks and vulnerabilities. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incident response plans. - Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to detect trends and potential threats. - Provide recommendations to enhance your overall security posture. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in information security. - Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. - Train and mentor junior team members on security best practices and vulnerability management techniques. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify security risks and mitigation strategies. - Contribute to improving your security program by identifying and implementing new tools and processes. **Qualifications:** - Deep understanding of Defender Vulnerability Management and its implementation. - Strong analytical skills for assessing and mitigating security risks. - Excellent communication skills to convey security-related information effectively. - Proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits. - Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation. - Experience in monitoring and analyzing security alerts and incidents. - Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices in information security. - Capable of training and mentoring junior team members. - Collaborative mindset to integrate security measures with cross-functional teams. - Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements in information security. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address security challenges. - Experience in developing and executing security policies and procedures. - Ability to provide recommendations for enhancing your organization's security posture.,
