Associate Center Manager

You will play a key role in promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients, including walk-ins and trials. Your main focus will be achieving sales targets by driving conversions and upselling. It is essential to maintain a detailed record of every interaction with new users and enter all customer details and walk-in information into internal tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the center experience, making incremental enhancements, handling the timely opening and closing of the center, and overseeing inventory management. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to balance sales and operations responsibilities effectively. The position entails a split shift schedule with shift timings from 5:30 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 10 pm, six working days a week with one rotational week off.,
