Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting and facilitating Focus Group Discussions in the field, coordinating with local political/community leaders and stakeholders, maintaining records, reports, and basic admin documentation, and supporting the team with field logistics and data collection. The ideal candidate should be a motivated and detail-oriented female who is comfortable with on-ground work, stakeholder coordination, and basic admin tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with prior experience in FGD or community engagement. The job is full-time and requires in-person work within Ramgarh and Giridih.
