Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or retail operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple tasks.
