Associate - Business Analyst-Data Engineering-Cloud Data Engineering

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements related to Policy Administration systems. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from Solartis into the enterprise Data Warehouse. You will implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Your role will involve leading data mapping efforts to support ETL processes between Solartis and the enterprise Data Warehouse. It will be your responsibility to translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with data engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation. You will conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and validation of data flows to ensure accuracy and compliance. Furthermore, you will support testing and validation of data flows and transformations to ensure quality and compliance. Your tasks will include facilitating workshops and discussions to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and align priorities. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation including process flows, data dictionaries, and integration specifications. Your expertise on Policy Administration systems will be crucial in guiding teams on best practices. You will work within an Agile framework to manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.
