Associate - Brand Experience

As an Associate - Brand Experience, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various offline events such as pop-ups, retail activations, community events, and expos in order to enhance brand visibility and engage directly with customers. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure that all events align with brand values and campaign objectives. Your role will involve driving crowd-pulling initiatives, coordinating logistics and resources, and building meaningful interactions with customers to create lasting impressions. You will stay updated with the latest trends, local cultural events, and innovative ways to attract and retain attention in order to ensure the successful execution of events with attention to detail, even in fast-paced or high-pressure environments. Collecting feedback and reporting key insights and learnings from each event to the broader team will also be a part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, brand promotions, or community-focused roles. However, freshers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply. You should be a natural people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess strong event planning and coordination abilities, and be a problem solver with a practical mindset and strong logistical sensibility. A collaborative, energetic, and creative individual with a passion for experiential marketing and customer-centric storytelling will thrive in this role. Flexibility to work on weekends or non-standard hours during events is required, with compensatory off days provided.
