As a member of the team, your key responsibilities will include managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality and meet deadlines, supporting primary and secondary research on clinical, technology, and business topics, conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform strategy, coordinating and participating in interviews with clients, providers, and thought leaders, developing client deliverables such as reports and presentations, and creating thought leadership materials like white papers and blog posts. The role requires regular overlap with leadership, so flexibility in working hours is expected. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred), along with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management consulting. Experience in startups or strategic operations with team management skills is also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, experience with business and financial modeling, comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments, self-driven, proactive, and collaborative nature, and a passion for healthcare innovation and patient outcomes.
