Associate Architect (Healthcare)

You will be joining Acenzo, a team of architects, thinkers, and problem-solvers who design with purpose, focusing on healthcare, institutional, and hospitality environments to create innovative, resilient, and human-centered spaces. As an Associate Architect - Healthcare, your role will involve leading healthcare projects from planning to construction, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing documentation, and solving complex design issues with patient-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead healthcare projects end-to-end, including planning, design, documentation, and construction. - Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for various aspects such as structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustics, accessibility, etc. - Ensure compliance with codes and regulations like NBC, MoHFW norms, NABH standards, local bye-laws, and environmental clearances. - Oversee the production of construction documents, specifications, BOQs, and project manuals. - Conduct site reviews, process contractor RFIs, evaluate submittals, and engage with local authorities for permits and approvals. - Solve design and technical issues with cost-sensitive and patient-centric solutions. - Mentor team members, contribute to knowledge sharing, internal reviews, and design quality processes. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Minimum 7 years of experience delivering healthcare projects. - Understanding of Indian healthcare delivery systems, hospital workflows, medical planning principles, and infrastructure standards. - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office. - Knowledge of Indian building codes, hospital design regulations, and construction methodologies. - Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
