Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Analyst, Portfolio Management at Mastercard, you will be a valuable member of the People Operations and Insights team. Your role will involve overseeing the planning and execution of largescale projects within People Operations and Insights, collaborating with global teams, establishing standardized processes for documentation, developing and supporting integrated enablement and change management plans, providing governance and planning for communications, monitoring metrics and KPIs, and identifying potential risks with mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning and execution of largescale projects within People Operations and Insights - Develop and maintain comprehensive prioritized roadmaps across POI teams - Establish and standardize processes for documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility - Act as a backup and perform ad hoc roles as needed to ensure project continuity - Develop and support integrated enablement and change management plans - Provide governance and planning for POI communications - Build templates and tools for team use (e.g., readiness checklists, Quality control processes & standards) - Monitor and report metrics and KPIs to measure portfolio performance - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Qualifications Required: - Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, working across multiple time zones - Creative and nimble with the ability to overcome obstacles to solve challenging problems - Flexible and responsive, with the ability to adapt to rapid changes in direction or business priority - Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Information: Mastercard places a high emphasis on information security.
