Associate Analyst- MSS

As an Associate Analyst, you will be utilizing your consulting, project management, and functional skills to manage major client inquiries and short-term projects. You are expected to provide client-ready responses with minimal review, assisting the Marketing Department in maintaining their contacts database in salesforce.com. Your work product will include clear responses, summaries of findings, empirical data, best practices insights, and case studies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand the values and vision of the organization and align activities accordingly - Protect Intellectual Property and adhere to all policies and procedures - Collect or provide relevant data by collaborating with other line functions - Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customers through salesforce.com - View, Edit, Create, Delete, Update, and Retrieve data/contacts on SalesForce as required - Collaborate with the Marketing team on Email campaigns and update requirements based on specific campaigns - Assist team members/internal clients in upgrading, updating, and reviewing the existing database - Conduct secondary research to find company and contact-related information for updating in SalesForce **Qualifications Required:** - Must be an MBA from a Business school of repute - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of quantitative/data analytics and research skills - Organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines - Dynamic, flexible, and possess perseverance skills - Proficiency in customer relationship management - Knowledge of Salesforce.com or any other CRM tool - Knowledge of marketing automation tool like Eloqua **Additional Company Details:** - Understanding of business objectives and organization structure - Strong work ethics, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity - Highly collaborative, team player with a commitment to excellence **Preferred Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently - Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach,
