Associate Analyst- MSS

As an Associate Analyst, you will utilize your consulting, project management, and functional skills to manage major client inquiries and short-term projects. You are expected to deliver client-ready responses with minimal review, assisting the Marketing Department with maintaining their contacts database in salesforce.com. Your work will involve providing clear responses, summarizing findings, and incorporating empirical data, best practices insights, and case studies. Collaborating closely with Global Marketing Managers, you will support the updating, maintenance, and other tasks related to SalesForce. Your responsibilities will include understanding the organization's values and vision, protecting intellectual property, adhering to policies and procedures, collaborating with other functions to collect or provide data, and managing leads, opportunities, and customers through salesforce.com. You will also work on email campaigns, assist in database maintenance, conduct secondary research, and possess proficiency in customer relationship management and Salesforce.com. To excel in this role, you must hold an MBA from a reputable Business school and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of quantitative/data analytics, research skills, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial. You should be dynamic, flexible, and possess perseverance, customer relationship management proficiency, knowledge of Salesforce.com, and experience with marketing automation tools like Eloqua. Ideally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), self-motivated, and able to work independently.
