Job Description

As an Associate Analyst, Business Process Improvement at Mastercard Services, you will be responsible for managing contractual operations through the p2p process, interfacing with business and suppliers on delivery requirements, and executing tasks across Workday, Coupa, and Oracle systems to onboard contingent workers and fulfill 3rd party agreements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing contractual operations and follow-up tasks - Preparing Statements of Work - Onboarding vendors for Advisors Delivery and The Source integration for p2p - Receiving and tracking invoices, as well as documenting them - Assisting with the coordination and communication of vendors - Supporting other contractual and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement with knowledge of service contracts - Strong organizational skills - Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong written and oral communication skills - Familiarity with Workday, Coupa, and Oracle systems is a plus - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Please note that this position offers you the opportunity to work with consumer analytics and drive ROI based on consumer spend behavior, leveraging deep industry expertise and a proprietary marketing approach provided by Mastercard Services.,
