Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join us as AADM in our Core Agency Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, and activate insurance advisors.
2. Achieve monthly sales and business targets through advisor productivity.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers and agents.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance norms.
5. Participate in daily sales activities and reviews.
