Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Agency Development Manager located in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region. The role involves recruiting and managing insurance agents, driving sales targets, developing agency distribution channels, and providing training and support to agents. The Associate Agency Development Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents, implementing strategies to improve sales performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1yr sales experience
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Training and mentoring abilities
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in life insurance is a plus
