Support the development and expansion of the agency channel by identifying, onboarding, and engaging potential agents to meet business growth targets while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.

Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating agency partners on products, sales processes, and performance expectations to improve productivity, quality of business, and long-term retention of agents.

Monitor agency performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with senior managers to implement corrective actions, sales strategies, and process improvements based on data-driven insights.

Maintain strong relationships with agents by providing ongoing operational support, resolving issues promptly, facilitating communication between agents and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
