Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents
Build and maintain a strong and active agency network
Conduct induction, product, and sales training for advisors
Motivate and coach advisors to improve productivity and retention
Drive life / general / health insurance sales through the agency channel
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
Support advisors in closing high-value or complex cases
Monitor advisor performance and take corrective actions where needed
Maintain strong relationships with agents and key performers
Resolve advisor queries related to products, commissions, and operations
Ensure high engagement and loyalty among the agency force
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies
Monitor documentation, proposal quality, and policy issuance
Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and activity trackers
Identify potential markets and customer segments
Support local marketing activities, events, and campaigns
Track competitor activity and market trends
