Associate, Accounts Payable

Your role will be crucial in executing operational activities accurately within defined SLAs and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Invoice Processing: Creating invoices, processing refunds, and reclassifications - Vendor Master: Managing supplier creation, editing supplier details, and supplier deactivation You will be expected to address any issues or difficulties that may arise during operational activities in a timely and professional manner, taking ownership of the issue end-to-end. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by your department manager. To excel in this role, you should have a University/College Degree, preferably in Business or Accounting. Experience as an invoice processor in AP is preferred, along with proficiency in using ERP systems such as Coupa, Oracle Fusion, or similar. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite are essential, and prior experience in the Financial Service Industry would be beneficial. As a detail-oriented individual with a drive for accuracy and efficiency, you should be resourceful and adept at problem-solving independently. The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, coupled with a balance of analytical, technical, and communication skills, will be key to your success in this role. Adaptability to changing processes or technology, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, will set you apart in this dynamic work environment.
