Associate Accountant

As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring smooth financial reporting. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working closely with senior finance professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. - Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking. - Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records. - Support compliance with tax regulations and audits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data. - Provide general administrative support to the finance team. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Accounting. - 02 years of accounting or finance experience. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Tally) is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.,
