Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Account Manager to join our team at Syneos Health, with 2-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on account performance and progress.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
