Associate Account Director

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients to drive business growth. You will focus on building a strong rapport with both existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction. Your role will also involve managing client expectations effectively, ensuring that they are aligned at the right level and that the results delivered exceed their expectations. You will be expected to conceptualize innovative event strategies through brainstorming sessions and fine-tune concepts that can be presented to clients. Leading the design development process, you will direct the design team by providing clear briefs and understanding of the concepts to bring creative visions to life. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing compelling narratives that integrate event concepts and designs into cohesive stories, showcasing the alignment with client goals and delivering a memorable experience that adds value to their brand. Working closely with Partner Relations and Production teams, you will be involved in building client estimates and defining production timelines. You will oversee and participate in strategic event planning and execution, ensuring flawless delivery within established timelines and quality standards. Your role will require excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver successful events that meet and exceed client expectations.,
