Job Description

As an Associate in Labeling Operations at Pfizer, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the improvement of patients" lives by ensuring accurate labeling of products that meet regulatory requirements and provide essential information to healthcare professionals and patients. Your role will involve generating necessary renditions in GDMS, facilitating workflow through the corporate document repository, finalizing documents post QC, managing document status in GDMS, and ensuring compliance with company submission standards, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for creating and updating SPL for USPIs, checking and uploading to GDMS, and notifying internal stakeholders of its availability. Additionally, you will ensure that all actions taken within your role follow applicable SOPs and associated documents to maintain high-quality delivery of outputs and compliance. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a science/life sciences related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for labeling - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic project management skills Preferred Requirements: - Knowledge of global labeling regulations - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills - Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines - Effective problem-solving skills This position is located on-premise.
