As an Accounting Manager at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for managing Large, Complex F&A Projects in a multicountry, multilingual Global Shared Service environment. Your role will involve monitoring and driving Global Shared Services transition projects for NTT Data and its affiliates to ensure successful project completion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ability to design End State Global Finance Processes and possess in-depth knowledge of End-to-End Transitions and Stable state Transformation. - Drive Process Migration/Transition Projects, with experience in at least 5-10 transition projects. - Track projects and capture cost savings from Process Improvement projects. - Liaison with various Global support teams (IT, HR, Finance) and External Vendors as needed. - Standardize F&A processes across teams/geographies and identify areas for improvement. - Report project status and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner based on urgency and importance. **Project Management Responsibilities:** - Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective task delivery. - Identify opportunities for the team to take on greater responsibilities and create transition plans when necessary. - Ensure process excellence in business process design, re-engineering, and management to system implementation. - Analyze processing mistakes, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in the development of training materials. - Manage Escalations, identify root causes, develop process improvements, and implement controls. **Key Performance Parameters:** - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio. - Fluent in business English with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Open to working in Flexible Shifts & Hybrid Work Environment. - Strong commitment to integrity, internal controls, and data privacy. - Good Team Player with a process-driven approach, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Information:** NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
