* Develop, implement, and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
* Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across operations and project sites.
* Ensure compliance with **ISO standards** (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or equivalent) and maintain required documentation.
* Lead HSE compliance audits and coordinate with external auditors.
* Promote a strong safety culture by conducting safety awareness programs, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
* Identify potential hazards, investigate incidents/accidents, and recommend corrective & preventive measures.
* Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements, regulatory bodies, and internal safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in workplace safety and environment management.
* Support management reviews and prepare periodic HSE reports, dashboards, and compliance documents.
* Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field.
* Professional certification in HSE (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety) preferred.
* Strong knowledge of **ISO standards, HSE audits, statutory compliance, and safety management systems**.
* 58 years of relevant HSE experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries.
* Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
