- Assist in the planning and execution of BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing initiatives, including dealer meets and regional activations
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for effective implementation of branding activities such as wall paintings, hoardings, and event setups
- Oversee the distribution and strategic placement of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across retail outlets
- Monitor campaign execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with brand guidelines
- Gather market insights and feedback from sales teams and trade partners to inform future strategies
- Maintain and update MIS reports, budget sheets, and campaign performance trackers
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing; candidates with 1-2 years of experience preferred, though freshers with relevant internships are welcome
- Prior exposure to field marketing, brand activations, or trade marketing in FMCG or related sectors is a plus
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions for campaign execution and market engagement
