Role Overview

high-performing Assistant Manager (Sales)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead engagement, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures
Convert high-quality, company-generated leads with minimal self-prospecting required
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients in Pune East micro-markets
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate client data and reporting through CRM platforms
Stay updated on real estate trends and market insights to guide clients better

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales/business development experience (Pune East knowledge preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
