Role Overview: You will be joining Dua Old Age Caring Institution in Noida as a full-time on-site Assisted Living Facility Administrator. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care for the residents. This role involves managing staff, budgeting, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a positive community environment, handling resident admissions, coordinating care plans, and maintaining effective communication with families regarding their loved ones" well-being.
