Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct joint flat inspections with clients during possession and initiate fit-out processes.
• Communicate fit-out guidelines and collect security deposits/debris charges from clients.
• Ensure submission of fit-out application and ID card forms; coordinate ID card issuance with security.
• Obtain, review, and follow up on architectural layouts with clients and project teams.
• Arrange safety inductions for architects and contractors in coordination with the safety team.
• Monitor fit-out progress through site rounds; guide debris disposal, water, toilet locations, and material movement routes.
• Coordinate with site security and manage lift usage for fit-out material delivery and storage.
• Ensure fit-out contractors comply with fire, safety, and builder-authorized regulations.
• Identify and communicate fit-out violations to clients regularly.
• Manage client requests for loose materials and schedule CP fitting with project teams.
• Inspect toilet modifications, waterproofing, pressure tests, and fire sprinkler work by authorized contractors.
• Follow up on Video Door Phone installation and inform clients about connectivity options (TV/FTTH/Telephone).
• Ensure all builder pending fixtures/devices are installed before fit-out closure.
