Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant/Programme Officer in the Planning Team, based in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, monitoring, and evaluation (PME) functions.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist conservation, management, and marketing divisions in conceptualizing and drafting project plans, logical frameworks, and workplans.
Maintain a physical and digital archive of assigned PIP and project reviews.
Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning meetings for projects.
Support the development of theory of change documents for new, ongoing, and dormant projects.
Track project performance against planned indicators, timelines, and deliverables, and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and summary briefs.
Provide technical assistance to the Division Head-Planning, Principal Investigator Management & CEO as needed.

Job Requirements

At least a Master's degree in Wildlife Science, Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Zoology, Forestry, or related fields.
Up to 2 years of experience in conservation, planning, or research roles.
Familiarity with project cycle management concepts is desirable.
Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
Good writing and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools for data visualization.
Strategic thinker with a passion for wildlife conservation and organizational development.
Willingness to travel to project field sites when required.
