Role & responsibilities 1) Attending Design Review meeting 2) varification of final released drawings for inclusion of inputs given during design review 3) Preparation of Gauge plan required for new model a)Gauge designing b) Followp for PO to purchase & followup for actual gauge to supplier c) Gauge varification,gauge coding,updating master list 4) Analysis of NG parameters observed on sop layout 5) Review of DVPR &Cordinating with IT to facilate transfer of assemblies to testing through SAP 6) Customer PPAP & completion till receipt of PSW. 7) Followup to concern depts for closing the concerns raised by customer during PPAP audit /run 8) Analysis of problems reported by satelite plants 9) Change management,Preparation of Break point sheet & communication to respective customer 10) Control on calibration activities Preferred candidate profile BE/B.Tech with minimum 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in manufacturing
