Hello we at TATA Autocomp Systems LTD are hiring for BESS Integration Engineer with following skill set 5-10 Years of good knowledge of Design and Implementation of Battery Energy Storage Systems Minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of Battery pack Design and Integration. Experience in utility scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) would be added advantage Software skills: Experience with CAD modeling tools like Solidworks and CATIA Technical Skills: Fundamental Mechanical Engineering Skills: Solid Mechanics & Materials Science, Structural Design, Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, Manufacturing Processes Energy Storage and Battery System Knowledge: Battery Technologies, Battery Management Systems, Mechanical Integration of Electrical Components Thermal Management and Cooling Systems: Heat Transfer and Cooling Solutions, Temperature Control and Sensors Safety and Fire Protection: Fire Suppression Systems, Battery Safety Standards, Structural and Vibration Analysis: Vibration Analysis, Seismic Design, Robustness and Durability. Energy Efficiency and Sustainability: Knowledge of energy efficiency principles to design systems that minimize energy loss, especially in components like cooling systems and power conversion units. Installation and Maintenance Knowledge: System Assembly, Maintenance and Serviceability Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Industry Standards, Communication Skills for client interaction and project documentation
