Assistant/Deputy Manager in QA for ERW

As an Assistant/Deputy Manager at Avon Tubetech, your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer complaints and conducting a complete analysis of defects related to customer complaints until corrective action is taken - Preparing Countermeasure (CAPA) to resolve quality issues - Maintaining CCR updation in the Register - Discussing action with concerned persons for implementation - Supplier TDC preparation - QMS MIS, PPM graph as per monthly plan - Handling customer audits and compliances - Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff, and providing guidance and feedback - Overseeing all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards - Inspecting final output and comparing properties to requirements - Approving the right products or rejecting defectives - Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis - Submitting detailed reports to appropriate executives - Being on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and developing new efficient procedures Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical - Preferably from the Tube Industry Experience: - 10 to 12 years in a relevant field,
