Assistant/Deputy Manager Corporate Relations

Job Description: Mahindra University is currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant/Deputy Manager in Corporate Relations for our School of Management and School of Law located in Hyderabad, Telangana. As an Assistant/Deputy Manager in the Corporate Relations department, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with corporate entities to facilitate internships, placements, and collaborations. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating campus recruitment drives, organizing corporate engagement events, and contributing to the university's employer branding efforts. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing industry interactions, guest lectures, and panel discussions, as well as engaging with alumni to enhance mentorship programs, career guidance, and placement support. To be successful in this role, you should possess 3-7 years of relevant experience and demonstrate excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. A preferred qualification for this position is an MBA, although candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will also be considered. Previous experience in universities, colleges, or educational institutions would be advantageous. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to support data management, reporting, and stakeholder communication, while collaborating with internal teams to align corporate relations efforts with academic goals.
