Assistant Vice President , Supplier Relationship Management - COE

Job Summary:

Assistant Vice President SRM CoE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier control processes and performance monitoring in line with third-party risk standards.
  
• Oversee governance frameworks, ensuring suppliers meet contractual and compliance requirements.
  
• Collaborate with procurement, risk, and regulatory teams to address supplier issues and mitigate risks.
  
• Analyze supplier KPIs and operational data to provide actionable insights and performance improvements.
  
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and global risk reporting requirements.
  
• Ensure alignment between supplier performance and organizational strategy.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of experience in

  Supplier Management, Third Party Risk Management, or Procurement Governance

  .
• Strong understanding of

  vendor risk frameworks, contract governance, and regulatory compliance

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  
• Hands-on experience in

  data analysis, supplier performance tracking, and risk reporting

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word

  ; exposure to

  Tableau or MS Access

  preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  
• Experience working in a

  global, matrixed organization

  preferred.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of

  Corporate Real Estate

  domain and supplier operations.
• Experience in

  Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management

  functions.
• Certifications in

  Supplier Management or Risk Management

  .
