Assistant Vice President, Specialist, Mgmt Reporting Fin Planning & Analysis, Finance

As a Finance professional at our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class standards in reporting, financial planning, and finance processes. Your insights and analyses will support the bank in making sound business decisions, whether it pertains to product development or customer profitability. Additionally, you will be involved in capital management, business planning, forecasting, and providing tax and accounting advisory services. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Finance Head of Gift City in various functions, including financial accounting and reporting, IFRS accounting for Head Office, regulatory reporting, FP&A and MIS reporting, taxation matters, corporate treasury coordination and management, new product evaluations, and the setup of accounting for new products and systems. You will also be required to liaise with Head Office officials and local Bank officials. Key Accountabilities: - Managing the finance function activities - Overseeing the financial closure and audit processes - Handling tax matters - Stakeholder management - Implementing new products/systems To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess 4 to 8 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Mutual Fund, Big 4, or MNC corporate environments. A Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred. Core Competencies: - Strong accounting skills - Effective communication skills - Sound understanding of accounting systems Technical Competencies: - Proficiency in accounting and tax matters - Ability in financial management Your work relationships will primarily involve interactions with Head Office and India stakeholders.
