To be considered for this role, you should have: - At least 5 years of experience in Release Management across all types of changes - Experience in fast-paced agile environments - A detailed, logical, and diligent approach to release delivery - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders - Track record of contributing to continuous improvement goals - Personal accountability and the ability to make effective decisions in a collaborative environment Your responsibilities will include: - Shaping and managing the technology changes pipeline within the Retail & Savings Technology portfolio - Coordinating and delivering high-quality releases into Production following Agile practices - Engaging with various stakeholders throughout the release management process - Organizing and overseeing release implementation, including cross-departmental coordination - Driving continuous improvement through release retrospectives - Taking ownership of implementation plans and ensuring compliance with controls - Administration and development of logistic tools using the Atlassian toolset - Contributing to the transformation of the Release Function as the company scales and evolves Your skills should encompass: - Strong experience in Release Management and agile environments - Proficiency in release management tools such as JIRA and Confluence - Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps pipelines and release processes - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals With over 10 years of industry experience and at least 5 years in release management, you will play a vital role in driving M&G's release management function towards increased efficiency and safety as the company grows.,
